Terms of use

Short version: use the files in your own business and for your clients. Don't resell or share the files themselves. Lemon Squeezy handles payment as Merchant of Record.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use getforgekits.com or buy a ForgeKits product. By buying, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't buy.

2. Buying

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller of our products. Your purchase is also covered by Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms. Prices are shown in US dollars. Lemon Squeezy adds any sales tax or VAT due for your country at checkout and may show a local currency estimate.

3. Delivery

All products are digital downloads. You get access immediately after payment, on the confirmation page and by email. Nothing physical is shipped.

4. Your licence

When you buy a kit, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use its files. You may:

use the prompts, captions, emails and briefs in your own marketing and in work you do for clients
edit and adapt anything in the kit
use the Christmas SVG designs to make and sell finished products (shirts, decals, cards, signs and similar), in any quantity
print the planner for your own use

You may not:

resell, share, give away or upload the files, as they are or lightly edited, including as part of another kit, template pack or course
sell the design files themselves (SVG, PNG, DXF or EPS), or offer them as digital downloads
claim the kits as your own work

Each kit includes a commercial-use note with the details for that product.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: 7 days, if the files don't match the listing or don't work.

6. No promise of results

Our kits help you plan and write faster. We can't promise any particular number of sales, followers or ad results, because those depend on your product, audience, offer and ad spend.

7. Intellectual property

ForgeKits owns the content of the kits and this website. The licence above is the only right granted to you.

8. Liability

We provide the kits "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
