Refund policy

Short version: if a kit doesn't match its product page, or a file won't open, tell us within 7 days of buying and we'll fix it or refund you in full.

The 7-day guarantee

Every ForgeKits product is a digital download. Because you get the files straight away, we can't take them back, so instead we promise this: each kit contains exactly what its product page lists. If it doesn't, or if something is broken, you get your money back.

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

the files don't match what the product page describes
a file is missing, corrupted or won't open, and we can't fix it within a reasonable time
you were charged twice for the same kit

We don't usually refund a change of mind once the files have been downloaded. If you're unsure whether a kit is right for you, ask us first, or try the free prompts PDF.

How to ask for a refund

Send us an Instagram DM (@forgekits.studio) with your order number (it's in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email) and a line on what went wrong.
We reply within one working day, usually sooner.

Who issues the refund

ForgeKits sells through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your receipt and processes your payment, sales tax or VAT, and any refund. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Most banks show them within 5–10 business days.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law where you live; it doesn't replace them. If the law in your country gives you more, you get more.
